Operation of dairies and cheese making
The company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of dairy products. It was founded in 1915 and conducts its business from its registered head office located in Siero, Spain. The company has two production plants: One in Asturias, "The Land of Cheese", which besides being the registered office of the company has production lines for processed cheese, analogue cheese, cream cheese and cheese specialties. Another in Castile and Leon, "Land of Flavors", which is a plant dedicated to the production of sheep cheese and blended cheeses with cow, sheep and goat milk. These cheeses are pressed and ripened to a hard or semi-hard consistency, with various maturities in traditional presentation styles. The company's products are marketed and sold throughout Spain through its network of distributors in the country.
